Our story

Al Ain's most welcoming coffee destination.

A locally born brand that blends taste, ambiance and community, redefining café culture in the heart of Al Ain.

The lounge: soft chairs, a sculpted wall and lit shelves

Link Lounge opened in 2024 on the vibrant Al Ghizlan Street in Al Khabeesi, and quickly became a favourite for residents and visitors alike.

We set out to build more than a coffee shop: a place where a cup of coffee can start a conversation, an idea or a friendship. A seamless drive-thru for busy mornings; a calm room for long evenings.

More than a café, Link Lounge is a hub for connection, creativity and flavour, serving excellence in every cup, plate and moment.

The kitchen

Cooking with care, serving with heart.

Chef Allan's journey in the UAE began in the kitchens of some of the country's most established hotels, and one of its defining chapters was the royal palace kitchen, where he immersed himself in Arabic cuisine and a deep respect for balance and hospitality.

Two things matter most in his kitchen: food safety and taste. He is particular about every plate that leaves the pass, and he steps out to sit with guests whenever he can, listening to praise and criticism alike.

If the taste is not right, it's not ready.
